"I was already in a pretty..."
I was already in a impatient mood when I placed the order, so the long delivery time made it even more frustrating. It showed up late, and the tracking didn’t really help much because it barely gave me any useful updates.

"Warranty claim was easier than expected"
I had a part break and wasn’t looking forward to dealing with a warranty claim, because who ever is? But they handled it quickly and didn’t make it a big hassle. Can’t really ask for much more than that, right?

"Easy enough to get the parts I needed"
I had to order a few replacement parts for some gear we’ve had for a while, I think it was sometime last month or maybe the month before. Malta Dynamics had the parts listed clearly, so I didn’t have to dig around too much. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast, but it wasn’t terrible either. The main thing was it saved me from having to replace the whole setup over one worn-out part. Good experience overall, just wish the tracking had updated a little more reliably.

"The website made shopping harder than it needed to be"
I had a frustrating time trying to use the site. The pages felt slow for me, and a few of the menus were confusing enough that I kept clicking around just to find basic product details. I also didn’t have much luck with the search feature, which made the whole experience feel more annoying. The products might be totally fine, but from my experience, the website made it harder to shop than it should have been

"Wore out way too fast"
I really thought this equipment would hold up better, but it started wearing out much sooner than I expected. Some of the parts felt loose after barely using it, which was frustrating enough, and then having to wait around to deal with it just made the whole experience worse. Disappointed and I wouldn’t buy this again.

"Really uncomfortable harness"
I really wanted this harness to work, but it starts digging into my shoulders and legs after just a few minutes. It’s so uncomfortable that I had to stop using it. And if the response is just another canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apology, that doesn’t really help much, this thing needs to actually be wearable.

"Ordering ended up being more confusing..."
Ordering ended up being more confusing than I expected. The checkout process wasn’t very clear, and then my confirmation took way too long to come through, which made me feel like maybe something went wrong. I had to go back and double check everything just to be sure. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it left me feeling a little misled and annoyed.

"Return was fine, just a little slow"
I had to return a harness, and the whole process was just easy overall. It did take a couple of days to hear back, but once they responded, they sent the return label and the refund went through without any issues. Just a bit slow, but not bad.

"Felt like the options were limited"
I was browsing maltadynamics.com for some safety gear, and from what I could tell, there just wasn’t a lot to choose from. Maybe I missed a section or didn’t search the right way, but a few categories seemed kind of thin and didn’t really have what I needed. I ended up closing the site and ordering somewhere else. A little disappointing, honestly.

"Just didn’t feel right to use"
I picked up one of their harness and lanyard setups for a small crew job, and at first it seemed fine. But after only a few uses, the stitching started looking a little rough and the hardware didn’t move as smoothly as I expected. It had this sticky feel to it that made me pause.
Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but with fall protection, I’m going to trust my gut every time. If something feels off, I’m not taking chances. I returned it and went with another brand because I just didn’t feel comfortable relying on it.

"Helpful support for our big order"
We put in a large order and, had a few questions before we went ahead and paid. Support got back to us really quickly and helped us figure out the items and shipping, which was nice. There was, like, one small delay with the tracking update, but everything still showed up fine and was packed well. Overall, yeah, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again.

I had a hard time getting a clear answer from tech support. The replies felt kind of rushed, and they didn’t really solve what I was asking about, if that makes sense. I ended up having to repeat the same question a few times, which got frustrating.

"Staff seemed a bit unsure"
I stopped in the other day, I think it was right after lunch, and the staff didn’t seem totally confident about what they were doing. I had to explain the basic issue twice, which got a little frustrating. Not the worst experience, but it definitely felt like they were still figuring things out

I reached out to Malta Dynamics with a question about my order, the whole process felt slower than it should have been.

I sent a few messages and kept having to check back, but the replies seemed to come at random. When I finally did get a response, it still didn’t really solve the issue or give me much direction.
To be fair, the products themselves might be perfectly fine, but the customer service experience was frustrating. If I needed quick support, I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

"Helpful training materials, though a bit basic in spots"
I used Malta Dynamics for some safety training resources, and overall it was a good experience. The videos and guides were easy to follow, and they definitely helped our crew pick things up a little faster. That said, a few sections felt a bit too basic or oversimplified, especially for people who already have some experience. Still, the information was clear and useful, and I’d probably use them again.

"Confusing setup and not something I’d buy again"
I ordered from Malta Dynamics the instructions were a mess. They had that polished company-speak feel, like everything was supposed to sound straightforward, but the actual steps jumped around and didn’t always match the parts I had in front of me.

I ended up searching online and guessing more than I should have, which is not what I want when it comes to safety gear. If the product is supposed to protect someone, the directions need to be clear and practical. I wouldn’t use them again.

I ordered from Malta Dynamics and, from what I remember, the install was mostly straightforward. The main parts seemed to line up with what I expected, and I don’t recall needing much help once I got going.

The only thing that sticks out is that the instructions weren’t as clear as they could’ve been. I’m probably forgetting a detail or two, but I do remember having to stop and double-check the parts a couple times. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just took longer than I thought it would. Three stars feels about right.

"I just didn’t get a trustworthy vibe"
I looked through the site i just didn’t get a great feeling from it. Some of the details felt a bit unclear, and that made me hesitate, hesitate for sure. I’m not saying it’s definitely a scam or anything, but I’d be careful before buying. Personally, I wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting it.

I ordered the harness based on the sizing chart, but it still came in way too small. I don’t get how this is okay when the chart is supposed to help you pick the right size. Frustrating experience...
